PAYMENTS & YOUR ACCOUNT
We do not keep payment information on our site. Your information is sent through a SSL connection directly to PayPal or STRIPE where your transaction is processed. You will be automatically redirected back to our website after payment has processed. Again, we do NOT store any payment information on our servers.
Dynasty Breaks uses PayPal to process orders for those customers wishing to use PayPal.
NOTE: We do not accept eChecks as payment through PayPal. If a customer uses an eCheck for payment, we will notify the customer and remind them of the policy. If they continue to use eChecks, we will remove their account from our system, and they will not be allowed to participate in any further breaks.
Dynasty Breaks also uses STRIPE for credit card transactions outside of PayPal.

Please note that it is not permitted for a person to have 2+ different accounts on our Website.
Only one account per person is allowed.
Multiple accounts can create issues with Credits, Shipping, Orders, etc.

RULES for BOX & CASE BREAKS
We provide a description with every break that can include a detailed description of what can be expected from a product, how many spots are in the break, if certain base cards will or will not be shipped, if hitless credits will be issued for said break, and other information that is helpful before you make a purchase.
The Break Schedule is constantly being updated. We will modify the schedule accordingly when product release dates are pushed back by the manufacturer. Please be aware that we are not made aware of these date changes ahead of the public, but we will do our best to update the calendar as soon as we do find out that a product release has been pushed back.
We try our best to stay on schedule but depending on the products, some breaks may run longer than anticipated.
All of our break times are scheduled in the Central Timezone (CST).
Because it takes longer to fill some breaks, breaks may not start at the scheduled time. If a break scheduled later in the day fills up before an earlier scheduled break, we will not start the filled break until it’s scheduled time. If a break does not fill up on time the time and/or date may be pushed back to another day or time as needed.

Rules During LIVE Broadcasts
We reserve the right to ban people from the channel during our live broadcast, whether you are in the break or just watching. Cursing and/or Foul language will not be tolerated. No soliciting or advertising may be posted in the chat. Let’s keep this fun and let everyone have a good time.
DYNASTY CREDITS (REWARDS PROGRAM)
- Earn points by purchasing a break spot from our website
- Earn 1 point for every dollar spent on break spots
- Points are worth 1% cash back
- Points cannot be traded in or sold for cash, only for website purchases
- Points are usable on any purchase @ dynastybreaks.com
- Points earned from break spot purchases are added to your account @ check out
- Points do not expire, and can be used as long as we are selling breaks
- You MUST be logged in to your account at checkout to get points. If you aren’t logged in the website won’t credit any points to your account.
We will be utilizing the Dynasty Credits Program to compensate for hitless spots. The number of points will be determined by the cost of the break spot as noted below.
- $29.99 and Under – does not qualify for hitless points.
- $30.00 to $99.99 – qualifies for 500 points if hitless. ($5.00 Site Credit)
- $100.00 and Up – Will be determined on a break by break basis
*Note, Some breaks may be noted in the product details “No Hitless Credit for this Break”.
This will occasionally be the case if a product has a special price or to keep the price low.
Please Check each break’s details to determine if the break qualifies for hitless credit.
We will add Hitless credit as quickly as possible after the break has been sorted and “hitless” status confirmed. Please allow us time for this process.
A “Hit” is considered to be:
- A Relic Card (Jersey/Relic, Auto, Precious Metal, etc.)
- An Autograph
- A Card # 1 of 1 (1/1)
- A Points Card (May be Randomized @ end of Break, or Assigned to a certain team before the break)
- Redemption Card
*We may consider other cards to be “Hits” in a specific break. This will be determined on a case by case basis and mentioned during the Live Break
OUR LIVE BREAKS
With your purchase you are purchasing a Video Link to be able to watch sports cards being opened . The BONUS to your purchase is you will receive a team in that box or case of sports cards, and you will receive the cards pulled from said team per our terms and conditions. You are buying into a box break or a case break. You will not receive un-opened boxes/cases. You will receive cards from the team you select or are assigned in the case of a random break. Double sells do happen on our site when few spots remain and two+ customers purchase those spots at the same time. We go by whomever bought them first with lowest order number. Order numbers can be provided via request. A refund will be issued to the person or persons not receiving a spot due to an oversell.
You DO NOT have to watch any live break to receive your cards! Watching is fun however and is highly recommended!
Pick Your Team (PYT)
When a new product is released, we may offer breaks in this format so that collectors can purchase the team that they like, follow, or otherwise want. ALL CARDS SHIP in a PYT Break, unless otherwise noted in the break description. We normally do NOT issue Dynasty Credits for PYT Breaks. Prices for PYT breaks are determined by the possibility of receiving hits and/or quality cards for said team based on product checklist.
All customers of Dynasty Breaks can be provided with the “No Purchase Necessary” code that all Card Manufacturers provide on the same products that we open. If any customer would like the NPN disclaimer please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Random Team (RT)
Random Team style breaks can cause confusion.
Here is how Dynasty Breaks handles “Random Team” breaks.
When we list a product, we will let you know in the break description, how many spots there are in the break. We may also, based on the product checklist, combine teams to give you a better chance at getting a hit in the break.
Notes on Randomizing
To Simplify and Streamline our Breaks, we will Randomize 3 Times on Sunday Breaks, 4 Times on Monday Breaks, 5 Times on Thursday Breaks, and 6 Times on Friday Breaks. Any Breaks happening on other days (Tues-Wed-Sat) we will Randomize 7 Times.
We will list out all the spot purchasers’ names in Random.org list randomizer (there are instances where we may need to use a different online randomizer, such as site maintenance on Random.org or technical issues). Random.org is SSL secure and legal. This is a trusted site.
We will then click the “Randomize” button and the names will be randomized. This will be done the number of times as was stated above.
We will then repeat this process by listing out all of the team names in Random.org list randomizer, and “Randomize them the appropriate amount of times as stated above (full list, or list with team combinations) See specific break description for list of teams that will be used.
Now that the Purchaser’s Names and Teams have both been randomized these lists are placed side-by-side in a Spreadsheet matching up each person with the team they have for this break! The results are then read on Air.
We will be recording this “Randomizing” process for all to view LIVE, or you can watch the recording of this process when YouTube posts our entire night’s Live Stream after we go off the air each night. We do not post individual videos to YouTube for Randoms (This is repetitive as the entire night’s stream is posted automatically by YouTube).
Trades of Random Teams
After teams are assigned we do allow trades. All owners involved in the trade must confirm the trade(s) by emailing us @ email@example.com from the email address registered on our site from which the break spot was purchased. If all owners do not confirm per these rules no trade will take place. We only allow a few minutes for customers to talk trades on the YouTube chat before we begin the break. All trades are final. We reserve the right to negate any verbal agreements made in our chat room if we suspect any wrongdoing or foul play. We will provide evidence of said wrongdoing if necessary.
Random Divisions (RAND DIV)
This is similar to the Random Team breaks but each break is divided up by division
For example, a Football break would be divided into 8 spots total.
AFC North, South, East, and West
NFC North, South, East, and West
A person would receive all the cards from any teams within the division they are randomly assigned.
Random Numbers (RAND #)
This break is popular for high end products like National Treasures and Flawless where there aren’t a high number of cards per box, or case. Each customer is assigned a number from Random.org. The number represents the first number (left side) of the card numbering. For example, if you are assigned the number 8, you would get all cards that have a left side serial number of 8, for example 8/10 and 8/25 since the number 8 is on the left side. The number 1 by the same example would get cards such as 1/1, 1/10, 1/25, etc. The number of spots in this style of break is determined by the product. This is a less expensive break because of the number of spots.
Fantasy Draft Style
This type of break is a great deal of fun and usually done for breaks consisting for a known number of “Hits”.
We open the products to reveal the cards first, then we randomize everyone’s names who bought into the break (Random.org of course).
Process of this random is similar to Random Team style as we randomize the names first.
The names are then placed in a spreadsheet, and the top name gets to select or “Draft” the card they want. We then move onto the second name.
They select a card. Repeat this process until all cards have been selected. We then ship the cards out to whoever “Drafted them”.
Very fun way to do a break! Please note you must be present in the Chat Room or Email us DURING the live break to make your selections.
If a person buys into this style break, and we cannot chat with them or they do not contact us via email with their pick when it’s their turn, we do not wait on them more than 2 minutes. We simply randomize all remaining “unselected” cards left at that point in the draft, card on top will go to the person that we couldn’t communicate with. This is the rule if you buy in, but don’t make a selection when it’s your turn. We then move on to the next person in the draft to make their selection as normal.
Don’t buy into this type of break unless you can watch it live and communicate with us during the process.
Again, if you buy into this type of break it is assumed you understand and agree to these terms and conditions.
If a numbered card, autographed card, or relic card gets pulled and has multiple teams and/or players on it, we will go to random.org to determine who gets the card as noted below. If a multiplayer card is not numbered or autographed it will go to the team on the top side of the card, or the left side of the card without going to random.org.
Majority rule will always be in effect. If a person owns MORE than 50% of a card (2 out of 3 teams, 3 out of 5 etc) the card will go to that person. Otherwise, using Random.org we will determine who gets the card.
Pro team breaks:
If the break is sold as a pro team break the card goes to the team listed on the card.
If one of the following scenarios happens the following will take place:
If it is a College Team, Minor League Team, Team USA, or any National Team for another Country it will go to the team that player is on at the current time of the break. If the player was never in a pro organization that card will be Random to All in the Break. If the player played in the pros but is retired or a free agent at the time of the break it will go to the team the player played the most # of seasons for. If the player played equal # of seasons for different teams, number of games played for each team will be used as a tie-breaker). If the player was on two teams for equal time it will go to the team that he last played for.

Total Seasons are treated as Calendar Years he was on a team:
Dallas was 4, Pittsburgh was 3, Jags were 2. Card goes to Dallas
If the team on the card no longer exist (ABA, USFL, etc) the card will go to the team that team turned into. For example the New York Giants became the San Fran Giants. The Milwaukee Braves became Atlanta Braves. If the team completely dissolved such as the Kentucky Colonels ABA Team it will go to the team the player played the longest for in that break. If the player on card did not play for any pro team in the break such as many of the Negro League players in NT Baseball the card will be random to all in the Break.
For other unforeseen circumstances not covered clearly by the terms and conditions the Dynasty Breaks staff makes the call as to who gets the card and the process. This decision will be final, no exceptions. Please note the “View Details” section of each Break on our website over-rules anything in the Terms and Conditions. We may have special rules for a certain break, or special prizes that we give away in a different fashion than listed in the Terms & Conditions. Again always read the details of Each Break, those details override anything in this document.
It is understood when buying into a Break that you have read & agree to these terms & conditions fully.
PERSONAL BOX BREAKS
When purchasing a personal box from our website. You will receive all of the cards from your break unless otherwise noted in the product description. In some cases, the product may be base card heavy and will lead to a higher shipping fee. If you do want all of your cards, we reserve the right to invoice you for the shipping fee. If you choose to donate base cards rather than ship the base cards to you, we can do that (give them to kids). We also can ship anything we have in stock as a sealed box or case! Just let us know that you want it shipped sealed at checkout and we will do so! If you choose to have us break your box live we will post the video to YouTube as with all our breaks.
You will always be shipped all of your Hits (Relic Cards, and/or Autographs, and/or 1 of 1’s), Numbered Cards, Parallels, Inserts, and Short Print Cards. In a vast majority of our breaks we will also sort all “Base Cards” (Non-Hits) by team and ship those cards as well, however there are some very rare instances where certain base cards will not ship, instead being donated to a local youth organization. These types of breaks don’t happen often. Some Breaks we will not sort regular base cards by team, instead sending every spot in the break an equal stack of unsorted base cards. In these type of “Random stacks of Base Cards Ship” breaks we of course still sort Hits, Inserts, etc by team and send those cards to the appropriate team owner. See each break description for details.
We ship cards multiple times per week. We use USPS, and sometimes UPS or FEDEX.
If a package is deemed to be excessively expensive to ship we may ask a customer to pay towards insurance or expedited shipping. If a customer wants to add insurance to a package this is at the cost of the customer, and they will be invoiced for this extra cost.
BY LAW, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LOST IN THE MAIL. IF WE HAVE SENT YOUR PACKAGE(S) TO THE ADDRESS THAT YOU PROVIDE UPON CHECKOUT, AND WE SEND IT IN A SECURE MAILER, IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE USPS AND YOU. WE WILL ALWAYS SUPPLY YOU WITH TRACKING. IF A CUSTOMER WANTS ADDITIONAL FEATURES ADDED TO THEIR SHIPPING (Upgraded Shipping) THEY NEED TO EMAIL US AND LET US KNOW WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE BREAK. WE CAN USE OTHER SHIPPING METHODS AND INSURANCES FOR AN ADDITIONAL COST.
By using this Site, you signify your acceptance of this policy and our terms of service. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
Dynasty Breaks currently charges $5.99 for shipping outside of the United States. There will be limited base cards being shipped and cards will leave our office within 10 Business days. If you would like expedited shipping you can pay extra, and we will get it out more quickly.
PLEASE NOTE: Dynasty Breaks will not be responsible for International Packages getting lost by customs or not arriving at their destination. United States Postal Service only offers tracking while package is still in the United States. No Refunds or Replacements will be issued once tracking number is produced . If you would like to ship more securely please contact us and we can workout a UPS or Fedex Quote. You are abiding by these terms when checking out and acknowledging the terms and conditions.
REFUND POLICY & RETURNS
NO RETURNS AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. IF YOU NEED A REFUND FOR AN EMERGENCY SITUATION PLEASE CONTACT US AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED BREAK TIME, AND WE WILL DISCUSS. IT IS ASSUMED THAT YOU UNDERSTAND WHEN CHECKING OUT THAT NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED. PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR A RETURN AS THIS IS NOT A RETURN FRIENDLY INDUSTRY. PLEASE READ UP ON THE DESCRIPTION OF WHAT YOU ARE BUYING BEFORE YOU CHECKOUT!
BREAK LISTINGS & Pictures
Dynasty Breaks may use promotional pictures of cards to advertise breaks on their website. Dynasty Breaks may also advertise cards & other items using social media (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Email, etc.). Pictures are for demonstration purposes only and may not be indicative of product configuration or break results. Pictures in break listings may come from manufacturer sell sheets or publicly displayed/available pictures (via Google Images). Original copyright is retained by original owner(s) of product pictures (including sports card manufacturers). Dynasty Breaks will comply with providing picture credit to the owner(s) upon request; please contact us via e-mail, and the subject line “Picture Credit”.
Personal identification information
We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, subscribe to the newsletter, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number. Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personal identification information. That refusal to supply personal information may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities.
Non-personal identification information
We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about Users means of connection to our Site, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilized and other similar information.

We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others.
